Return and Refund Policy

We strive to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience for all our customers. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Returns Due to Courier Issues (Undelivered Orders)
If your order is returned to us due to delivery issues such as:
- Incomplete or incorrect address
- Customer not contactable
- COD amount not ready
- Customer refused delivery
- Door/premises/office closed
- Pin code not serviceable
- Future or self-pickup requested
The order will be marked as Returned to Origin (RTO). Once received, the item will be stored in our warehouse for a limited period:
Storage Duration: Up to 30 days (in some cases up to 100 days depending on the product type).
- You can choose to reship the product to yourself or another address during this period.
- If no action is taken, the returned item will be discarded or donated.
Please note:
- Custom return addresses are not available due to courier limitations.
- If a location becomes unserviceable after the order is placed, returns/refunds will not be processed for that reason.
2. Returns Due to Product Issues
We accept returns or offer replacements only in the following cases:
a. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Products
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective:
- You must raise the request within 7–10 days of delivery.
- You must provide:
- An unboxing video of the package from the beginning.
- Clear photos of the product and packaging.
- The shipping label visible on the package.
Without this evidence, we may not be able to verify the issue and the return/replacement may not be approved.
b. Lost in Transit
If a product is lost in shipping and the tracking confirms it was not delivered:
- A refund or replacement will be processed once confirmed.
3. Returns for Size Issues or Customer Preference
- If the wrong size was ordered or the customer wants a different product/design, the return/replacement must be handled at your expense.
- We recommend reviewing the size chart and product details carefully before placing the order.
- Products are made to order, so returns due to customer change of mind or preference are not eligible for refunds.
4. Damaged Packages at Delivery
If the outer package appears tampered or damaged:
- Please mention the damage while signing for delivery.
- Share clear photos and unboxing videos for us to help process any applicable claims.
5. Color Variation
Please note that slight color differences may occur due to lighting, printing method (especially DTG), and screen settings. Exact color matching is not guaranteed and will not be considered a defect.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Before Shipping: Orders can be cancelled and refunded if they have not entered production.
- After Shipping/Production: Once production or dispatch has started, cancellations are not possible.
- Refunds, when approved, are issued in the form of store credits, which can be used for future purchases.
7. Refund Timeline
- Refunds (where applicable) are credited within 10 business days to the original payment method or as store credit.
- In cases of courier issues or product damage, refunds will be processed after verification.
